The Big Three
I. DISCOVER
During the Discovery Phase, we collaborate with the client to review their analysis report and solidify their strategy. We pinpoint the current issues, their impact on the business, and the associated processes. Then we explore potential solutions.
II. EXECUTE
During the Execution Phase, we analyze each potential solution and review them with the client. The client then decides on the solution that best fits their company's overall strategy, and then we manage the implementation of the chosen solution.
III. INTEGRATE
The Integration Phase involves educating and training on the developed solution before going live (production). Then, we incorporate the solution into your day-to-day operation. Afterward, we monitor and adjust the solution to ensure everything functions as planned, while ensuring that the solution maintains alignment with the client’s strategy.
